We connect families with licensed agents and with insurance and financial planning products issued by carriers independent of FFA. FFA is not an insurance company. Every policy, coverage, premium and benefit is governed exclusively by the contract issued by the corresponding carrier.

- Insurance products are sold only through agents holding a current license in the state where you reside, and may not be available in every state.

They are not an offer, a premium guarantee, or a confirmation of eligibility; the carrier or the Health Insurance Marketplace determines the final price and approval.
- Nothing on this site guarantees the approval of an application, the issuance of a policy, a rate, a return, or an outcome.
4. Use of the site

By submitting a form you agree that an agent or a member of the FFA team may contact you through the channels you authorized, in accordance with our Communications and Consent Policy. You can withdraw that authorization at any time. Form submissions do not by themselves create an agency relationship or any coverage.
6. Career opportunity as an agent
Information about careers and the training membership describes an opportunity as an independent contractor, not employment. Selling insurance requires obtaining and maintaining a state license and meeting each carrier's requirements. Income depends on effort, experience, the market and other factors; we do not guarantee any level of income, and any figures mentioned reflect individual results that are not representative.

Testimonials and cases shown reflect the individual experiences of clients or agents and do not guarantee that others will obtain the same results.
8. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, images, logos, calculators and software belong to FFA or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Carrier and third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
