Communications and Consent

Effective date: October 16, 2026

This Communications and Consent Policy explains what you authorize when you ask us to contact you, how our calls and messages work, and how you can withdraw your authorization at any time. It complements our Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

1. What it covers

It applies to every communication from FFA Financial Group LLC ("FFA") and from the licensed agents affiliated with FFA that originates from a request of yours: a form on this site, a registration page, a calculator, an event, or a message you send us.

2. What you authorize when you submit a form

By checking the authorization box and submitting a form, you expressly agree that FFA and its agents may contact you at the phone number and email address you provided, in connection with your request and with insurance products, financial planning or career opportunities, by means of:

  • telephone calls, including calls placed with an automatic telephone dialing system, with an artificial or prerecorded voice, or with an automated voice assistant;
  • text messages (SMS/MMS) and WhatsApp messages, including messages sent with automated systems; and
  • email.

This authorization is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You can obtain the same advice by calling or writing to us directly. If the number you provided is not yours, or changes owner, let us know so we can update it.

3. Automated voice assistants

Some first-contact or follow-up calls are made by a voice assistant based on artificial intelligence. It always:

  • identifies itself as an automated assistant of FFA Financial Group at the beginning of the call;
  • lets you ask for a call from a person, or end the call, at any time;
  • calls only at reasonable hours, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in your state's time zone; and
  • may record and transcribe the conversation for the purposes described in section 6.

The assistant does not make decisions about your coverage and does not sell policies: its role is to confirm your interest and schedule a conversation with a licensed agent.

4. Text messages and WhatsApp

  • Frequency: the number of messages varies with your request; you will normally receive confirmations, appointment reminders and follow-ups from your advisor.
  • Costs: message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
  • Cancel: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from that number. You will receive a single opt-out confirmation.
  • Help: reply HELP, or write to us from the contact page.
  • Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Text messaging consent, and phone numbers obtained for that purpose, are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

5. How to withdraw your authorization

You can withdraw your authorization at any time and by any reasonable means:

  • replying STOP to a text message;
  • telling the person or the assistant calling you that you do not want further calls;
  • using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails; or
  • writing to us from the contact page or at the postal address in section 8.

We will honor your request within a reasonable time and, for calls, within the time frames the law requires. We may send you a single communication to confirm the opt-out. Withdrawing your authorization does not affect communications needed to administer a policy or application you already have in progress.

6. Call recording

Calls with our team and with the automated assistants may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training and compliance purposes and so an agent can follow up. We will tell you at the beginning of the call where your state's law requires it; if you do not want the call recorded, tell us and we will continue without recording or through another channel.

7. National Do Not Call Registry

We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and our own internal do-not-call list. When you ask us to contact you through a form, that request allows us to call you even if your number is on the registry, for as long as the law permits or until you withdraw your authorization, whichever comes first.
